From the main Advisor Dashboard, go to "Your Account" (this will be on the left hand side menu at the bottom). This will take you to your "Public Profile" page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the button that says "Upload Headshot".
Click inside the square to upload a photo.
You can resize and re-position the circle until your photo is cropped to your satisfaction.
Click on update to set your headshot.
If you reload the page, your headshot should now appear in the top left corner.
